Almond Joy–Inspired Energy Balls
A delicious and healthy treat that tastes just like your favorite candy bar. Ingredients: 1 cup pitted dates 1/2 cup almond butter 1/4 cup shredded coconut 1/4 cup almond flour 1/4 cup chocolate chips 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Pinch of salt Instructions: Combine the dry ingredients: In a food processor, combine the almond flour, shredded coconut, and salt. Pulse until well combined. Add the wet ingredients: Add the pitted dates, almond butter, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract to the food processor. Pulse until a dough forms. Form the balls: Roll the dough into 1-inch balls. Chill and enjoy: Chill the energy balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
