Almond Crusted Salmon: Elegant Flavor and Crispy Texture! Almond Crusted Salmon is a delightful dish that elevates the simple and healthy salmon fillet with a crunchy and flavorful almond coating. This preparation offers a wonderful contrast between the tender, flaky salmon and the satisfyingly crisp crust made from finely chopped or slivered almonds. Often combined with herbs like dill, parsley, or thyme, and sometimes a touch of lemon zest or garlic, the almond crust not only adds texture but also infuses the salmon with a subtle nutty and aromatic flavor. The almond crust helps to seal in the moisture of the salmon during cooking, resulting in a perfectly cooked fillet that is moist and succulent on the inside. Whether pan-fried, baked, or even air-fried, Almond Crusted Salmon is a relatively quick and easy dish to prepare, making it ideal for a weeknight dinner or a more elegant special occasion. Served with a side of roasted vegetables, a fresh salad, or a grain like quinoa ...
